Nature of God
Two things:
I have just completed a new manuscript and am very excited about it. Working title:
Nature of God: Exploring Creation to Find the Creator
I am about to enter a new decade of my blessed life. So what do these two have to do with each other? Let me put it this way.
My new book (and in many ways, I believe, the best I’ve yet written) entails a certain amount of reflective looking back — adventures experienced, far corners of the earth visited, beauties of nature absorbed and appreciated once more, not worshipped because its creator is the one worthy of worship which in my book The Creator receives abundantly.
My new decade shall entail looking forward, finding new ways to preach the old message. To start that process I am delighted to hook up with a brand new website. It was a friend formerly with Zondervan Publishers which put out my previous book, “Finding Moosewood, Finding God,” who is now involved with this innovative site which is called CrowdScribed. This site is designed as a place to bring together readers and writers, the writer to get informed counseling from the sort of people who will be the target readers for his work; the reader getting a chance to influence and, in a way, get involved in the birthing of a new literary work from almost the beginning. It’s a fascinating new concept and I wanted myself and my new book to be involved with it. Old dogs can learn new tricks.
